About Mrs. Copass
I am a wife, mother of four adult children, and a grandmother of two; and I strive to follow the Lord in my life. My favorite hobbies are flower gardening, bird watching, reading by the fire, swimming, and listening to classical music. I would choose teaching students with special needs over any other job I could obtain.
Note to Parents:
My name is Mrs. Copass and I am your child’s teacher this year. I look forward to a year full of growth and learning for us all! It is a privilege to get to know your child and as I do, I hope to encourage his or her natural strengths. Serving students with special needs is very personal for me because of my own four children who are challenged with various disabilities. This is my fourth year at Prairieland, but I began teaching special education at Unit 5 in the fall of 2012 at Pepper Ridge Elementary.
